I bought an airflo 40+ fly rod with 5 pieces for £100 and on the first day one of the top sections broke. This has cost me £25 under your returns policy plus my postage to you. I phone you and asked for a replacement tip at cost which would be under £20 and this was refused. Replacement tips for expensive rods for £25 may be a good service, but not for a £100 rod which is less than a week old.

Service rating : Superb service. I have placed several large orders with Fishtec over the last few months and i have no complaint. last order was delivered at 9am the following day. You get the odd issue of out of stock items but we should expected this once in a while. When anything has been out of stock Fishtec have always phoned to let me know and they stick to their word on a new delivery date of the item in question. I will continue to use them.Product rating : I like to take the kitchen sink when fishing and this barrow does exactly what it says on the tin! Easy to put up and can handle large loads with ease. well balanced/built piece of kit
