  • We're a small company of experts passionate about recovering PPI. When you phone you'll get through to someone who recovers PPI all day long, not a call-centre employee reading from a computer. We're one of the most experienced companies around and started recovering missold PPI back in 2007. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our ethical and transparent approach. That's why we let each customer use the Claims Tracker to see inside our database and view the work we've been doing on their behalf. We're cheaper than other claims companies because we don't spend a fortune on advertising, all of our customers find us on the internet. We hate those unwanted telephone calls and text messages that some companies use for marketing and will never use them!

As I didn't have much information to begin with, I didn't hold out much hope of receiving anything back, but although the process took some time, it was well worth the wait as I got far more than I anticipated, and there was no long- winded form filling involved. I'm very pleased with the end result

I made a number of phone calls to Financial Claims Made Simple, and asked them for advice, and they helped me straight away, or they got someone to contact me if no one could help me at the time I contacted them. They gave me the correct advice each time, and also told me in advance if I was expecting something through the post, or a call, which made everything easy and stress free. Great job!

Endowment - Friends Provident

The service was very good and would have rated excellent but the end part of paying the bill by cheque made me rate as good as had a missed call from the accounts department which was a added worry there was something wrong with the cheque but it was fine & contacted financial claims direct number which were very helpful but they use an outsource company that had contacted me in error! But very happy with financial claims made simple themselves.

The service was good, but at a cost. Total fee of 36%. There are cheaper firms around so do your homework, would be £££££'s better off for using another firm but hindsight is a wonderful thing !!

Whilst we are pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of our service, we are of course disappointed to learn that you weren't happy with our fees. That said, we do make all customers fully aware of the charges and inform them of their right to shop around prior to signing an agreement with us and this information is clearly displayed in our terms & conditions and on our website. We are aware that some competitors do charge less; however in our experience customers who opt for the cheapest companies do not receive the same level or quality of service and often find that the “budget” operators are only interested in taking on the simple, easy wins. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality, comprehensive and professional service and have never claimed to be the cheapest on the market.

Had thought about making a claim for years.
My main problem was all the stories because you hear about all these claim company's phone calls how much they charge etc etc.So I finally got in touch with claims made simple and wait for it.
They are marvellous lots done on email only phone calls when necessary, also because its so complicated with multiple claims there is no way that I could do it myself infact impossible so I am more than happy to pay their bill for all the hard work they have done.I would recommend them to anyone . Thanks Brad

They did all the work which made it easy. However before you get paid by the bank you do get hassle for the fees to be paid which lets the company down. this is the reason I will not recommend the company to anyone else.

Company very hard to get hold of on phone . Always had to leave messages for them to get back to me. They were closed for a Lengthy period over the Christmas with no cover on normal working days when I called for advice. Didn't really justify their 36% fee whatsoever, I should have complained direct to the endowment company myself and save myself almost £500. Would recommend anyone looks into claiming for them self instead of getting sucked in to a company that charges extortionate fees like this one. Would not recommend

Update
After leaving feedback for the company I received a call from their customer complaints team fairly swiftly.
We talked through the problems I had been experiencing.
The company were swift in acting on my feedback and put a swift resolution in place. I would recommend that if you have any issues with the service that FCMS Provide to highlight them to the company at the earliest opportunity as they have shown from their after care sevice to myself that they are willing to listen and help.
Their actions after the event have swayed my initial poor opinion of them
