Feather & Black's showroom service very good - staff helpful. Our only slightly issue was with delivery (a separate company). F&B could only tell us that the delivery company would contact us "within a week" to arrange delivery. We then waited 7 days for the delivery company to ring us. The delivery company delivered and made up the bed for us. They were really fast at putting it together but very noisy (we thought they were going to come through the ceiling at one point!) and not that careful with paintwork.

Very helpful, no question too much. Delivery as promised and bed assembled quickly and all packaging cleared away.
The communication was good at point of arranging delivery and sales assistant in store was also helpful and accomodating.
I like your bedlinen and kids PJs very much. Other products I didn't try yet. But I had to wait for my Polkadot Set Double about six months. I wish it could be faster.
Service rating : Customer service phone line bad. Bed was delivered with a split centre support on the wednesday so i rang cheltenham store straight away and it was decided to refuse delivery. by friday i had no clue what was happening and i had to chase up Cheltenham store. On the monday customer services rang but i found the lady rude. She quite bluntly told me I would be given a refund as no more beds available. I said I actually wanted a bed if at all possible as I had bedside tables on order to match. Then the lady changed her mind and said she could send a replacement centre support! So why wasn't this offered before! However she said i would need to wait in for two more deliveries- one for the bed and one for the replacement slat. I didn't mind too much however she made No real apology or offer to compensate for my time until I asked. I was given a small credit note but it could not use it against the bedside tables or the bed! Credit note has now been received but is useless as it has to be used in store and I live miles from feather and black so it will cost as much in fuel a the note is worth. The lady said she would refund my delivery cost of £40 so I gave her my card details on the monday but she did not refund it!!! She said she would phone me later in the week to let me know when the deliveries would be once she had arranged it. No one phoned me. I got home on Wednesday to find the delivery company had tried to deliver one of the deliveries and they would try again the next day but it would be between 7am and 7pm. Rang customer services on Thursday and was so annoyed as the lady claimed she had phoned me the day before about the delivery (she was either dizzy or just a plain liar). i then spoke to head customer service and just asked for a refund. So after all the hassle, I just ended up with a refund, no bed and wasted my time waiting in for the original delivery. yes i got a credit note but for me it pretty useless due to the fact it cant be used online and furthermore i don't want to shop from here ever again!!I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for three weeks while I found a different bed from a different company. Service rating : The service to sort out the problems detailed below was actually good but ruined by the fact that I was promised a £50 gift voucher to compensate for the failings and faulty goods - this never materialised - which is just worse that not offering in the first place.Product rating : The product is fine now but was delivered faulty and I had to wait for new parts to be delivered, although the delivery men who brought the replacements were actually able to repair the goods originally provided.

Took ages - none knew what was going on
The two gentlemen who delivered our order realised that driving up to our farmhouse would be awkward. They carried the bed along the lane and then up a flight of steps to our home. We were surprised and delighted as we had assumed that we would meet the van and carry the bed ourselves as we have done previously with deliveries from other companies. The two gentlemen were polite and pleasant. Thank you.

Service rating : When things go bad with this company they go really bad. The Kingston manager is so rude. She seems to forget you can purchase goods at a variety of additional stores.Product rating : It's been refunded due to the poor quality service given from the store. I'll get something from another company.
