Been using Fat Face for years now, always well made and always suits me !
We especially like the 'Life is out there' clothing - with some good images used, which our kids love. Fat Face children's clothes are of good quality and well wear. Wish you would bring out a bigger range for boys though - more of the same!
Brilliant - as they post through letter box if you're not in, rather than automatically taking it all the way to post office/or a difficult delivery place.
The service was impeccable, picked it up form my local shop in Chichester where the assistant was really cheerful and helpful and even chatted about how much they all liked the skirt.
I love shopping at Fat Face but this is the first time I have shopped with them online. I will definitely be shopping online with them again. One very happy customer!
I made an order before 3pm and paid for next day delivery but it didnpt arrive till the next day. i complained and got my money back but still it has not increased my confidence in the service as I wasted a whoel day waiting in for the delivery
Delivery was delayed and longer than I had been quoted. However when I progressed the matter with a member of the customer services team they were extremely helpful

Item took longer than it should have to arrive, but otherwise good service.
Delivery of two "in stock" items took ten days from the date the order was placed, not including a couple of bank holidays. No emails or other communication to update me on order progress. Items then arrived and I received a shipping confirmation email later that day after my order arrived.
