I shop in Marlow and Windsor stores, staff always helpful and friendly. Online shopping worked well but ordinary postage took a long time to come, ie. longer than stated.

Fat face is an excellent clothing store with on the whole quality products. The only negative is customer service. Some stores persons are exceedingly unhelpful and complaints dealt with poorly.

I paid for next day delivery and the product arrived 3 weeks later - there was nothing on the website that indicated it was not available immediately - it was only when I asked via email to customer services that I found out what backordered meant. So, too late for a birthday present - I felt really bad!
