Although it usually takes a bout a month to get the CDs I order, the service is good, considering the CD is coming from the other side of the world. Even with the exchange and shipping, I fiund CDs ordered from Farside a rea little cheaper than if I order directly from Amazon.jp or the like. Paul Fischer is a very knowledgeable and helpful person as well. He always has been responsive and helpful to my questions.

Nicely packaged, wonderful visuals and a close up view of one of kabuki's grand masters. Wish there were some English subtitles but the visuals compensate. I'm so glad Far Side offered this set.

I had a large order and Paul Fisher kept me updated about the status of items. When he found out that a disc was going to go missing, he made a special effort to give me an alternate choice - free! - and it arrived shortly thereafter. The discs - I ordered only DVDs - all arrived safely and were in perfect condition.
