27-Feb-2013	PPI Claims	The service was very slow and inconsistent at first - the contact from FCAS to us wasn't suitable to our working arrangements - we were expected to contact them when it was convenient to them and not to us. Once the compensation had been agreed FCAS were constantly contacting the company to try and find out when the payment was going to be made - as a company they should know that no information can be given out about our account to anyone that is not authorised to access the account - this cause many letters from out insurance company to be sent to us about someone trying to access our account, this was both inconvenient and unnecessary to our insurance company and to us. we were in contact with our insurance company about the payment and we knew when the payment was coming. I feel that the fee we paid FCAS was a bit to much for their services due to the hassles in service and inconveniences we had. Read more	Thanks for taking the time to post feedback.
