Recently rang up to book a holiday to Feurtaventura, the person who assited me (sorry I can't remember their name!) was very helpful and answered all of my queries. Third time i've used expedia in the last couple of years and holidays have always been as good as I had hoped!

Having chosen the flights offered at the prices offered, I was amazed and annoyed that the return flight could not apparently be confirmed with the airline.
It took half an hour on the phone to an Expedia person to resolve the issue, along with a commitment from Expedia to refund the additional admin fee!!

i never receive the email confirmation for my flight had to panic and end up calling swiss air at city airport who confirmed my flight and send the email ,i was on hold for almost 10mins ,most sights i automatically get an email sent to me so i was not very happy ,hope this does not happem to anyone ,it was a one off

It's a little difficult scanning results when there is so many repeated design patterns in the search results. Perhaps try and come up with a design pattern that is not too repetitive so that it's easier to scan results - especially for the multi-trip option.

Purchase was okay for roundtrip flights to the U.K. We were unable to get what we wanted from expedia.com. But, we really wanted the flight insurance, and this was available only to U.K. citizens. (We are U.S.) Can this be changed?
