It is a great idea with considerable potential. The product is well presented and user friendly. I would add a number of further points: - You should have a 'test yourself section' where you are asked the questions and you say it. The native speaker then says the correct answer and the user self marks to say they are happy that their response is correct. Until that point the question should keep coming back to you and the programme can't be completed. This in my opinion would have two beneficial effects i) better learning ii) you product would last longer for very little effort on your part. - The product is very quick to complete, an I would question the value for money. - In addition to the above it is almost identical to the iphone app which I already bought, and I believe is more functional. Given the Iphone app is less than a quarter of the price, I would question value for money. Morover, you should have warned me it was basically the same. - The last part of the 'test', the hard task. Is indeed hard, but not because one cannot remember the actual language, but because it relies on memory of where the squares move to. This is dispiriting, and counter-productive -- leaving a bad taste in one mouth. I suggest you do as I have detailed above. - I like the product and I want to buy more, but am somewhat disappointed that I cannot because you only (as far as I am aware) go up to beginner+ in Swiss-German. You may think that this is a bit of a small market (an your sales may may prove me wrong) but there are very few traditional resources out there and it is therefore much needed (and if perfected perhaps much demanded). - You should have a grammar section on it, otherwise it is just learning phrases, which is kind of limited. I think you that this sort of thing has a very bright future (in a wide variety of spheres) I wish you every success.

There were no problems accessing the site and delivery of the course was extremely quick. The course itself is vey comprehensive and in my opinion represents good value for money.

I received the product on good time. The printed pages are good, but the Telugu words of the item described should be in two languages ( Telugu and its transliteration form ) because if you intellectually know a language, but can not enunciate it. You are handicapped.There are instances when a woman is speaking, but the voice heard is of a man. I hope this helps improve your porduct!! Richard ( Canada)
fantastic product, and service was excellent. I had some problems with installation due of my firewall and they were very helpful. easy as !
excellent software and order process.
Website fine, product delivered very quickly, however one problem is that my antivirus software doesn't like the disc, I bypass this and carry on, but having used the disc, the next time I turn my computer on it takes about 20 minutes to boot up. Not sure if the disc is causing the problem and I wouldn't know how to find out, but I'll carry on using it

Very quickly received and an easy product to use.
I have very much enjoyed the program and am starting to learn quite a few Maltese words! The interactive style is very good. Even when I was accidently charged double for my order, it was recitified immediately. I think the service and product overall are very good.
