Sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your purchase. The DVD is a more limited version of the program because it's not possible to use all the interactive features with a TV and DVD player. You might be interested in the CD-ROM version, which includes more features and may be more suitable. Alternatively if you wish you can of course return your DVD to us for a refund. If you'd like to do this, please send us an email and we'll reply with instructions on how to return your program. Thanks for your feedback.
