The costumer service was really good when I had an issue with the app someone from tech support solved my issue really fast.
BUT
there is a big issue with the teaching method basiclly its not good.
Im learning languages as a hobby usally using rosseta stone and talk now well is more for tourists not for people who want to master the language

Thanks for your comments - yes you're right, Talk Now is very basic as it's aimed at complete beginners who just want to learn essential vocabulary.
