Good information given when contacted by phone and non-pushy
Good but let's me down occasionally on the scheduled messages. I've tested it to myself and proved its late sending them sometimes
So far so/very good with no complaints at all. The speed at which any queries are delt with is pretty impressive.

A very good service, however there is one aspect to it that I think should be within the package and able to do. This is being able to set up on going messages to be sent out on a regular basis, eg every day to a particular person at 4:45pm 7 days a week without having to do it manually everyday.

We have recently started using Esendex in conjunction with other software and so far we have no reason for complaint. The system is operating as it should so we will explore the next steps in terms of increasing the level of sophistication in groupings etc.
The service has worked fine during the tests we have completed. Adding contacts and groups of contacts is easy, as is maintaining the information.
