Did the feedback thing manually when we checked out at the Dive Centre. Emperor deserved this rating when I first started with them years ago. They still deserve it.

Luke & his team are probably the best face of Emperor Divers in the Red Sea, providing an excellent blend of professionalism and relaxed friendliness. They are a principal reason for my repeat visits to the Marsa alam area and a strong influence behind my intention to explore further south to Hamata.16-Jun-2013Have dived with Emperor throughout Red Sea, including Liveaboards, and generally find them very reliable. As with any service provider, the critical area is the point of contact and Emperor Divers are not immune from the the occasionally indifferent dive-guide. However, Emperor are pretty good at maintaining a high level of service across the board, with the team at Marsa Alam being consistently the best I've encountered. Ethos & style usually flow from the top, so 'well done, Luke'.
Emperor and the diving was great , except one stupid buddy who broke my camera . Further the only thing i didnt like was the driving from moreen beach to resta and then the port ghalib . ( during night dive 18h till 19h ) we were at 21h30 in the hotel marina lodge and couldnt have any food because the driver drove first to hilton then resta and then port ghalib ( going to resta he passed port ghalib ) . Next time i will dive with emperor again . Thanks look and all the crew for great diving time in marsa .
Equipment generally good condition. Boats extremely clean. Refreshments limited range for the price (coke or water). Dive guides know the dives well but we didn't feel they kept much of an eye over those diving with them, for example one recently qualified woman spent two dives dragging the bottom - a little assistance with her buoyancy would have been good. Biggest negative was the apparent flushing of toilets into the reef areas, assuming that's where the brown film of debris around the boat came from?

couldn't fault the staff and boat crew at El Gouna, they were friendly, attentative and proffessional but also fun loving.
Had a excellent day, Dive Leader was very clear and precise, first time ever that I have dived with PADI where the dive leader insisted diver out at 50 bar, excellent. Gives confidence in novice divers and stops anxiety, to bad I only had one week at the hotel, and one days diving due to ear problem, and wife (non diver) wanted to do some other trips. hope to come back soon. #Personal Information Removed by Feefo#

Very organised and professionally run. Great crew and dive guides. Boat we were on was amazing, so clean and big, plenty of room to get kitted up and food was lovely! Would definitely recommend Emperor divers to friends.
Another great diving holiday with the Emperor team in El Gouna. Our dive guide was great and very knowledgable, and the team both at the dive centre and on board the dive boat were fantastic. Thanks for making our trip a great one. Will be sure to come back and dive with Emperor again.
Incredibly professional but more importantly really friendly, nice people. Also the boat and equipment were first class, all in all thought they were superb.

I have never paid so much money for 7 dives... poor divesites, the boats are too crowded. first and last time. As an author for diving magazines, this will not be a very good story for diving tourism...

Been once in Marsa Alam for Discover Scuba. Boat very clean and staff well trained.
Employees where very helpfull and friendly and taking care of the divers suggestion to improve: a clear big information board in the dive center about the prices like on the internet. There was now much misunderstanding about the extra costs of dives outside the housereef, we found compromises to solve this but you can avoid this kind of misunderstandings

In May I did my open water diver course in Marsa Alam with Emperor Divers and was very happy with this decision! Our instructor was excellent, very patient and knew what he was talking about! The company was very well organised and everyone working there seemed very nice and helpful. I am very glad that i did my course with Emperor Divers and can only recommend it!!!! Thank you
