Service rating : I wanted to buy a down and feather mattress topper. As I knew very little about them I thought I'd telephone Elysha Charles for advice. Kerry was extremely helpful and above all very honest. I was able to purchase a mattress topper with confidence in my choice.Product rating : I purchased the 'Surrey Down' down and feather topper on the Monday late afternoon and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon, much to my delight. I suffer from an autoimmune disease/rheumatic condition and a down and feather mattress topper was recommended to me by arthritis society. After not having a good nights sleep for 18months, hurrah I can honestly say that from that first night I have slept like a baby. I feel supported, extremely comfortable and lovely and warm. The Surrey Down mattress topper is very well made, I have been using it for 2 months now, and am over the moon with it. When the bed linen is changed, the topper is given a good shake to puff it up, however even after sleeping on it for a few nights I find it's plenty puffed to provide that support and comfort that I need. OHHH how I have raved about this mattress topper, I will continue to recommend it especially as it makes such a difference in the quality of sleep I now have. I also recommend this mattress topper to anyone who suffers from arthritis, rheumatic conditions and auto immune disorders and who will greatly benefit. What a life transformer the Surrey Down mattress topper has been, better quality of sleep = better quality of life.
