I placed an online order and communication regarding the dispatch of this was poor. I telephoned customer services for information and got through to an answerphone. Despite leaving a message nobody returned my call. My item did turn up via a third party company but at no point was I informed this would happen. Disappointing !!

I loved the product when it arrived, I ordered the pampas grass and it was in excellent condition and packaged very well.

Service rating : No complaints, very quick service.Product rating : One minor complaint, it has 2 stickers on it which i did not want but they do not peel off without leaving the adhesive residue on which is a bit of a pig to get off, comes off in the end though. I also found it is a bit of a knack getting the cards out as the pocket is quite deep, what I do now is squeeze the back of the pockeet and sort of push them out.
I ordered and believe paid for two packets of seed for "The Mexican gherkin" ,paying a total of £9.60 inc p&p of £2.50. An envelope arrived on 28 May containing only one packet of seed. The cost of postage was only 53p. So I am most unhappy with your service having paid £9.60 for one packet of seed. This works out at 48p per seed.

Well packaged, good plants, but multi-purpose compost doesn't help plants adapt to a life in garden soil.

Service was good BUT plants badly packed. One fern arrived with only two stems in tact. The other was quite badly crushed and had some broken stems. These two plants should have been sent in two separate boxes with more packing. You can't depend on the couier companies to TREASURE the items.

Service rating : I placed the order on the 14th may and received an order confirmation, but it was until the 21st may that I realised I hadn't heard anything regarding despatch. I contacted the Eden project and the next day I received an order despatch email. My product came the following Thursday. I Wonder had I not emailed them would I have received my products in time?Product rating : The lantern tree came and it was very cute! It even had a lantern on it. The olive tree gift bag made a perfect present for my other half, although the pot it came in was smashed. This doesn't really matter too much as the film around it meant ths was only noticeable when we went to plant it.
