I have previously used inter flora or m and s and I'm sorry I didn't this time. The product delivered was a poor imitation of the picture on the website and less blooms than promised and a poor quality arrangement in general. I think for this to bear the name of an ethical supplier is very poor and I won't be using you again.

It would be great though if you could split an order to be delivered to different addresses. When trying to send the same thing to three mothers on mothers day I had to do three seperate orders.
Service rating : I bought a mothers day gift which included a plant - the website said plants would take up to10 working days to be delivered, so I ordered 2 weeks before Mothers day to be sure it would arrive. The gift was dleivered within 2 days of order - at least 1 whole week before I had expected it to be. The main reason for the early/prompt delivery was I believe that what had been represented as a plant in the product blurb was in fact a twig hardly worthy of the name.Product rating : The gift bag was all good except for the tea "plant" - I am all for recycling but when you sell on pruning trimmings call them that so on customers buying them know what they are getting!!
It's great. My only comment is that the the information signs at Eden are a little basic and patronising. Some more detailed information about the plants would be interesting, especially for locals who make many repeat visits and have the time to learn in more depth.

One very annoying part. I live overseas and wanted to send a present to a friend in the UK, I wasn't able to provide an overseas address which meant I had to pretend that the billing and shipping address were the same, therefore my friend also received the invoice (not a problem since it was a gift voucher), but this means I would be reluctant to buy actual gifts from the online store to send to UK friends.
I had put 18 Hallet Rd on the parcel and it was 19.The fellah could have knocked on a door to ask as the name Gadsden was different.My fault I know but by the time the gift arrived it was past Grettas 70th.I was in Australia and couldnt sort it til I got home.

I especially like it when I get a spot of insomnia and make a mug, steeping the bag and then dunking it for a total of 5-6 minutes. I then add a dash of milk - probably not as a traditionalist would drink it but it generally helps me get back to sleep (it works for me but maybe not for you).
GGood not excellent as wrong item was initially dispatched but can't fault handling and speed in rectifying. Would use again without hesitation

I noticed that the first jar I opened smelt less strong than the first jar I purchased from the actual shop - i do love the smell and I'm not sure if the concentration of essential oils has changed? The online transaction was easy to complete and my items were delivered as expected. The incorrect item was delivered and arrangements had to be made to collect the incorrect item, following this the correct item was delivered. This slowed down my receiving the correct item; I was surprised that the correct item was not delivered at the same time as the collection. I was also surprised not to find a delivery note in the box with my items. To report the incorrect item I had to leave messages and wished the responding phone call had been arrived sooner but I assumed that, like most of us, Eden Project were doing 'more for less'.
