part of the order was poorly packed and a metal tool was delivered in just
black plastic coating and was posted through my letter box onto my tiled floor, luckily no damage but poorly packaged. One part of the order came with no delivery note. One parft of order came with no postage on it so I had to collect it and pay postage and excess. Delivery firm aologised and quickly re-imbursed me, but annoying.

Oh dear, we're very sorry for your bad experience. This has been reported to the warehouse, to help improve their service. Mistakes like this rarely happen and we can only apologise that it happened to you. All best wishes.
