Purchased a couple of items from the online shop and I found the site easy to use. Unfortunately however i was informed after the fact by email that one if the items purchased as a birthday present wasn't available. Two weeks later i am still waiting. Money was taken from my account for both items, despite me only recieving one. I continue to chase the second item!
