Although difficult to contact by phone, the staff did phone me back and were very helpful.

Eden Project Webshop

The plant I ordered unfortunately had a great many brown spots on the leaves and as it was for a present, I contacted the Eden Project to ask advice. It was decided to send me a replacement plant which I am now awaiting.
