I placed the order on the 14th may and received an order confirmation, but it was until the 21st may that I realised I hadn't heard anything regarding despatch. I contacted the Eden project and the next day I received an order despatch email. My product came the following Thursday. I Wonder had I not emailed them would I have received my products in time?

Eden Project Webshop | The lantern tree came and it was very cute! It even had a lantern on it. The olive tree gift bag made a perfect present for my other half, although the pot it came in was smashed. This doesn't really matter too much as the film around it meant ths was only noticeable when we went to plant it. |
