Came by post quite quickly but £2.50 for shipping when it comes from one Suffolk address to another Suffolk address seems excessive.

I think if you look at the invoice you will see that the charge made for postage was actually £2.20 ... and if you go to the post office and check you will find that for a second class package weighing UP TO 750 gms (the hard-back book you ordered weighed 600 gms on its own) the Post Office charges ... £2.20. We make no additional charge for packing the item or for any packaging used.
