2 of my 8 products damaged / smashed due to poor packing. Customer service unhelpful and rude. 1 of the two replacements was also defective. Appalling customer service.

But there were some marks on it (albeit only visible if you looked closely or saw it in the light) - perhaps difficult to avoid given it was made of glass - not sure - perhaps the packaging could've been more padded? Or perhaps the damage occurred pre-packaging?.

Service rating : I had a bad experience with the contracted couriers who took almost a month to deliver the goods, despite regular contact with them. When I took delivery the cups were chipped. The packing outside the cup box was extremely dense but the inner packaging was non existant. My first call to the company to explain my situation was treated in a most offhand manner and I was told that nothing could be done till I submitted photographic evidence of the damage! This was for two £9 cups.Product rating : The product is excellent but was just delivered badly and damaged.
