Overall though its not really a smooth purchase but I ll said that at least doorstep luxury is responsible enough to handle after sales service or negative feedback fr unsatisfied customer and particularly got to thank a girl named Christine from customer service for her helpfulness , I ll still purchase if there's nice design! My sister's birthday is on the 30th and I was doing some last min shopping for her gift. I placed my order in the morn on the 28th, but was kind of expecting it to be a belated birthday gift and to arrive only on the 31st or even early jan as it was the holiday period. However, much to my and my sister's delight, it arrived on the day itself, the 28th noon! Although I made the purchase from Indonesia, and asked the goods to be sent on a specific date, since I only stayed in Singapore for a very short time, the courier finally made it on that specific date. I was very happy with the prompt service. Well done! Product rating : I was disappointed with the bag that I purchased, which is 14inch Multicoloured Bathcel. After the second use, the strapping belts became wrinkled and not in the same quality as the Classic Satchel that I have previously.
