We are sorry to hear that your rug did not quite match the description. Occasionally colors may sometimes appear to differ according to screen resolutions; particularly when the color is very slight. We take great care however to photograph our products with a true likeness, and to describe the product fully on our website. The reason is one of the items I ordered was damaged (torn). I have sent e-mails to 3 different e-mail addresses, and all e-mails have been returned. The e-mail address that have come back to me are: shoponlineus@designersguild.com (taken from the confirmation e-mail) usonlinereturns@designersguild.com (taken from the website) and usinfo@designersguild.com I FINALLY found a New York phone number to call and hopefully will have resolution to my problem within a week or so. However, please note: PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR THOSE OF US WHO MAY RUN INTO A PROBLEM WITH THEIR ORDER!
