Have taken our money but the product was not in stock!19-May-2013Adam, your comments are untrue - the website said that the product was in stock I was later contacted by e-mail to let me know that there would be a delay (no problem). It is unusual to take the money at this stage. It is a shame that you asked for my comments then responded so badly!

I ordered the lamp on a Thursday at approx 11am, according to the website the goods would be despatched the same day. They weren't. I was sent an email on the Friday saying the lamp had been sent but the email contained no tracking details. On the following Monday 29th I called to clarify when I'd receive the lamp only to discover it hadn't been sent on the Friday at all.
