Service rating : International order - received in perfect condition.Product rating : I've used Denman brushes for years (purchased through my hairdresser's supplier) and had to replace one of them as it wore out after about 10 years. Great product even if I had to order it directly from Ireland to Canada!!

Service rating : I have used Denman hairbrushes for a long time and have always found them good to use whatever the length of my hair, easy to keep clean and durable.Product rating : I bought myself a mini keyring brush last year from a chemist in Bath. Several people have commented on how neat it and those with very short hair like mine have bought them. The two I purchased were for friends who had been having trouble finding somewhere that sells them in Gloucester. They are very pleased with the mini brushes they fit in the smallest bag or pocket.

I ordered a hair brush on a Monday evening and paid an additional £5 for Special delivery but the item did not arrive before the Friday and I had arranged for it to be delivered to work so that I wouldn't have to collect it from the depot as I was going away for the weekend. The item was a gift for someone who's birthday was that weekend. Anyway after emailing Denman complaining about this delivery service they told me they would look in it and come back to me....that was over 2 weeks ago (when they told me they would be in touch). I have not been refunded for the extra postage I paid and have not recieved any correspondence telling me they cannot/will not make that refund.
