Excellent service from start to finish - in fact, the best I can remember receiving from any retailer. Before ordering, they gave a detailed consultation on my requirements and preferences, then supplied a constant stream of information and progress updates once I'd ordered.
Neither did their attention dip once I'd received the ring - as it happened, I needed to take advantage of their free resizing service - communication remained excellent and the process was very simple.
The finished product is fantastic (and I got a "yes"!) - I definitely expect to return for the wedding bands! I was slightly cagey about relying on Royal Mail to transport the ring three times - but no problems on this front either.
I really can't imagine another seller, online or offline, being able to beat DeJoria. Thanks to Richard and Jenny in particular for handling my order.
