Absolutely beautiful jewellery & 1st class service! My engagement ring was sent back for its complimentary clean, check & polish & whilst it was back with Dejoria they made me a platinum wedding ring. I received these back today & my beautiful engagement ring is even more beautiful since being away & is just like new! The wedding ring is perfect & Richard has been fantastic throughout!

My Fiance had a very specific wedding ring in mind and I just could not find anything similar to what he wanted in any of the shops we visited or on the net. After trawling the net for weeks I came across the DeJoria Diamonds website and emailed Richard with the specifications of what I was searching for, weight, size, style and pattern, the same day Richard emailed me back with a price and confirmation that they could supply my demand. Two weeks later the ring arrived. Michael is over the moon as it is the first ring he has ever been able to actually try on due to his Y size finger, the fit, width and design is absolutely perfect. Orrin Solitaire Diamond Engagement Ring

Like anyone who is reading this, you've decided to take the plunge and are looking at buying an engagement ring online, and like me concerned about handing over a load of money to an Internet company. Well don't fear, I called DeJoria as I was paying by bank transfer so got a 1.5% discount.

A gentleman called Richard phoned me back and took the time (around 30 minutes) to discuss at length what I was looking for as well as explain more about the diamonds. There was no pressure to buy, if anything, he actually advised me to take a few days to re-think what I wanted and to simply provide them with a list of several diamonds in priority order.

After payment, I received an invoice but after that Jo communication until the ring was ready to be posted out. I don't see this as a negative as I felt I could email or call should I need to.

There was a small mix up with delivery and my ring was posted a day after I expected but this wasn't an issue and was still well withing the 21 days.

Would definitely look to get my wedding bands (she said yes) from here as well as any other diamonds

Delighted again, this is the second ring we have purchased through Dejoria. I got my fiances engagement ring 2 years ago and was delighted with the service and quality and for this reason I got the wedding ring too. Dejorias communication was excellent and they offered me a more expensive alternative (with no added cost) wedding band when the original was not able to be provided due to the engagement ring cut. Would not hesitate for a second in recomending them to friends or family in the future.

Diamond Engagement Ring

I was a bit tentative about buying diamonds off the internet and had researched all the usual places like Bluenile and israel diamonds. I came across Dejoria from the Yahoo newsgroups as I hadn't heard of them previously.

When I made first contact, a guy named Richard emailed me back and straight away it was different to what I experienced from the other places. They seemed to be more production line based whereas Dejoria was much more tailored and personal.

One of the key factors in making a decision was the wide range of actual rings as I felt other sites were lacking in this regard. Richard offered quite specific advice and was very helpful going above and beyond expectations to meet my requirements.

After a brief consultation we agreed on the sale - again Dejoria were very flexible with the payment options and after it had been created and valued was sent out on completion of monies transferred. It arrived as promised on schedule and I was blown away when I opened it. The diamond is really magnificent compared to any of the high street retailers we looked at, and the setting is also lovely. Everyone I've shown it to (close family) has remarked on what a great quality brilliance/fire/glitter/shimmer it has.

I couldn't be happier and will hopefully return in 18-24 months for wedding bands I am so impressed.

I did prefer the older website however as it was easier to see 3d hands and the USA website still has many more features, would like to see this in the UK.
