Not sure why this should happen. So given the price I believe it is quite poor value which has taken the shine off what was a lovely purchase initially. Hope this is useful feedback. The dress I have received has the wisteria print right down the front - nowhere near as attractive or flattering and I intend to return the dress. I would also appreciate a refund of the postage.
