Service rating : All fine, except it would have been helpful if I had been informed that the Post Office only consider items left with a neighbour to be secure. They would not leave the parcel where I had asked for it to be left (ie. in my blue wheelie bin in my garden) so I ended up having to go to the parcel depot to get it. This should be stated on the website where it asks where you would like your parcel left.Product rating : So far so good, although I have only worn them once. The other reviews say that the boots leak in the rain and I only tried them on a dry day so that remains to be seen!

I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THE ELASTIC STRAPS WILL LAST BEFORE THEY STRETCH TOO MUCH, BUT AS I WILL NOT WEAR THE SHOES EVERY DAY, THEY SHOULD LAST QUITE SOME TIME. COULD YOU MAKE THEM IN YELLOW, PLEASE?
