Service rating : A number of screws had fallen out of the bench. One of the slats had fallen off and the back had collapsed. The box was full of loose screws. I rang immediately and said the bench would be in the back garden to be collected. I was promised a collection and it didn't happen. I had to ring again. I also e-mailed the website but my e-mail was returned undelivered. Lynda BrownProduct rating : As above. I had to order the French Country bench instead. Apparently it was the last Bordeaux bench, but it's still in the catalogue and on the website as available.
I was very impressed, I ordered the goods on the 8th of May and the goods were with me on Monday the 13th of May. Thank you

Service rating : The best experience about my purchase was the service as I had to return an item and it was collected the next day.Let's see how long it takes to receive the refund.Product rating : The price for this bench (£279 plus £9.99) is outrages considering the poor quality. £79.00 would be more appropriate. Had to return the bench as it was faulty: lid did not close,some screw holes too big to hold screws, crack in timber. The price for the bench is inflated and charging £9.99 for delivery is in no way justified. The bench comes flat packed, and I was able to handle the box by myself (65 year old female) .

The biggest box I have ever seen and so much plastic padding which will be very difficult to get rid of not to mention the effect on the environment.
