Service rating : Presentation of packaging could be better - hopefully this is useful feedback to you that when paying a high price for a rather ordinary dress the customer should not feel cheated by cheap packaging - please compare with your Rivals at Boden, Tiffany rose etc if you wish to charge these prices. I returned the item last week but as yet have not received acknowledgment of receipt of my returned goods or been refunded.Product rating : Looks very smart on the website but the material is not what I expected for the 68 pounds I paid, never mind the full price of 85 pounds. I thought it would be a bit more structured and expensive looking but instead I was told by my husband that I looked like I was wearing a nightie - not the sort of look I want for the office! On a positive note I did like the cut - it really highlights your bump. I am sorry to leave negative feedback about an item, I am sure the other items on your site are lovely but this dress was very disappointing. I expected far more for the price. I have had to return it as it looks too casual for work or summer parties which is what I had in mind for this dress.
