Service rating : Mix feeling. Previous experiences have been very good and products have been perfect, this time around I had a very bad quality product, an ok one and a good one. Maybe it will not be my first choice for next time I am looking to buy a present.Product rating : I had to return this product as there were cracks around the frame. When I contacted Cox & Cox they thought that the cracks were acceptable. They look so bad that I am surprised they think they are ok. But on the other hand they were happy to give me a refund. I still have not seen the refound go through. The system to send items back is easy and convinient.
