Service rating : I ordered early may. Required as a present for end of may. Non arrival. Had to go and panic buy and spend more than I wanted as a result. You did not inform me of progress I had to call to enquire which a customer shouldnt have to do. Whole point of on line shopping is EASE.Product rating : Returned it because not as in catalogue. Just a little slow to get some of my goods, as they were not available for you send out.
