Service rating : I have always received good and courteous service, however, was upset recently that when I emailed about an amendment to one of your products ( a box of mixed colour butterflies & I asked for them all in one colour instead, to fit in with the colour theme for a wedding) , that you weren't able to provide more flexibility & meet my particular request, especially as I would have been prepared to pay a lot of money for what I wanted.Product rating : The envelopes were very poor quality compared to the cards- very thin, creased & the glue ( used in their construction) was visible and messy.
