Service rating : C&C sell such lovely products. I always like browsing their website each season and look forward to receiving my catalogue. I have just one suggestion. After I received my purchase I received a discount voucher that I could use towards a second purchase. However the purchase had to be made with a couple of days. It would be a better to extend the voucher period, esp as they hadn't released their new Spring Summer collection. A bit disappointed as there are a couple of items that I would have purchased if my voucher was still valid.Product rating : Great shape and good quality material.

Service rating : The seervice for selling was efficient, but the customer service for a complaint was utterly horrendous. Having received a poor product with three contradictory sets of instructions (none of which seem to be actually accurate) I was horrified by the poor result. In the call back to discuss this I was spoken to like I was at fault and that I had not understood the instructions. The attitude, tone of voice and approach to me as a new customer could not have been worse. After 25 minutes on the phone and the realisation that they only way I could resolve this would be through the Small Claims Courts, I eventually received an apology and a refund. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.Product rating : This looks like ti should be a fantastic product. I bought it as a gift for the family so that my children could see places in the world, etc. The instructions were simply awful, with contradictions throughout. When I hung the mural it looked awful. Bubbles everywhere that can not be removed as the recommended glue is not wallpaper glue. The paper does not lay conformly. Fortunately I managed to remove it quickly from my wall paper-lined wall which is now patchy with the PVA glue residue. I would advise anyone actively to NOT buy this product. You will be disappointed, be left with a worse surface than you started with and then receive poor customer service. This is the most disappointing product and sales interaction I have had in many years.
