Service rating : I ordered early may. Required as a present for end of may. Non arrival. Had to go and panic buy and spend more than I wanted as a result. You did not inform me of progress I had to call to enquire which a customer shouldnt have to do. Whole point of on line shopping is EASE.Product rating : Returned it because not as in catalogue. Service rating : My order arrived in poor condition but customer services promptly ordered a replacement and arranged for the collection of the faulty item to suit my convenience.Product rating : The first stool received was quite rusty in places but was replaced without any problems. Disappointingly the metalwork on this stool is a lot lighter than it appears in the photos so the finish looks inferior but the basic design is still great.
