Mix feeling. Previous experiences have been very good and products have been perfect, this time around I had a very bad quality product, an ok one and a good one. Maybe it will not be my first choice for next time I am looking to buy a present.

Please accept my apologies that you were not happy with the distressed appearance of the frames, the cracks are part of this finish.
A refund was issued back on the 29th May so should be showing on your June statement.

|Some of them have sratches and they are not perfect, but still can be used and look cute. But I will not be purchasing more.|
|I had to return this product as there were cracks around the frame. When I contacted Cox & Cox they thought that the cracks were acceptable. They look so bad that I am surprised they think they are ok. But on the other hand they were happy to give me a refund. I still have not seen the refound go through. The system to send items back is easy and convinient.|
