when ordering on your website - have a box to re-confirm email addresses as i ended up doing an order and because i put in one incorrect letter of my email address there was no way of knowing i had ordered ( was a sunday) and i ordered again with the correct email address. everyone was very good about it but hassle from both sidesthat could have been avoided easily.
