Service rating : Service was very good, delivered to the door and upstairs to the bedroom.Product rating : The furniture was lower standard than I expected, the back panels are very flimsy and top and bottom finishes are really cheap, I would not expect this furniture to last very long at all. I looked into the returns policy, as its flat pack, my rights appeared slim to refuse and reject it. Therefore I have built and kept it, but unhappy about the product.
I would never recomand any one to buy furnitures at Cousins. I bought the dining table on the 7th of january; they told me that it will delivered by the end on febuary. I waited till end on april to recieve. The store manager rang me to apologised and said that they will send me an £100 spending voucher to spend at the shop but I never recieved.
Cousin charge of delivery is ourageous.we spent 300ponds on mattress, yet the delivery is 39 pounds, we are just 1 mile away frm the store.

To whom it may concern, I have been reading the feed back on Feefo. However i think it would be great if you can add section to say what you have done or how you have gone an extra mile to retain that particular customer whose had bad experince. Over the few years Myself and my family have been purchasing the goods from cousins. I think you offer great service quality products which is fantastic, however i wasn't happy with recent service which was provided at cousins in birmingham. 7months ago i bought £2000 worth goods then my family bought a dinning table for £1500. However recently i been to cousins and i brought more goods which is again upto £2000. The sales assistance was great who waived the delivery charge and did offer the product at a price which i did originally purchased perviously. However i asked if i could pay on credit card which i was told that its 2% charge, which i said if that can be waived then i be happy to pay the whole balance at this present moment, which the assistance then refered to manager who refused to do so, without any consideration that i am regular customer i have been to store twice within a week and placed order for goods. I was fobbed off saying i been already given discount 25% and waived delivery charge. Firstly i wasnt given the 25%, that is totally incorrect information. You have matched the price which is much appreciated and i am very thankful for the knidness so i then added other goods to my order rather then going to another retailer. My question to you is that its obvious this is something which can be waived because its retailer charge and most importantly your assistance would not have refered to manager if there was no way of waving the charge. However, as a potential customer, how are you looking after the needs of your customers when you have caused myself and my family, possibly others distress and very upset when you promise to make the visit an enjoyable and informative one and we pride ourselves on the high level of good old fashioned customer service that our customers praise us on. I certainly wasnt happy on my visit and I am very upset the way it was handled and all I wanna do is cancel my entire order. This is very unbelievable and many respect utterly disgusting. I understand you have a business to run and there will always be changes. I don't think to see any consistent in the system and the service which is been provided. Each time I have been to see the store staff members have been very helpful friendly polite and always given good service.( Martin, Mr Singh, Mark,Barbra, John). However complaint was raised to Head office cousins who were not interested in my complaint and kept telling that I should go to store where I purchased the good. And I also received a letter from head office stating that they will waive the 2% fee on debit card however not on credit card. This was well out of order thinking customers are complete stupid, debit card there isn't a charge, its only on credit card and the charge is applied by retailers not the actual competitor It was complete shamble, head office & store was not interested at all, were not acknowledging the complaint and kept diverting me to go to store. So when my goods arrived I made full payment for my entire order which partial i have not received and I can certainly say that after my Final delivery i shall never be shopping from cousins or even recommending the store to anyone. However I like to BIG thank Barbra and Martin, they were very helpful and fantastic. Many thank you to barbra for waiving the 2% on credit card, however i can not see why that could not be done on first instance when option to waive is discretion and most important i am regular customer.
Service rating : Sadly I made a pointless journey to the store ti find that the order was in complete, even though I received a phone call stating that my order was ready for collection.Product rating : Due to house being redecorated., I have not opened the boxes yet.
Service rating : Great service apart from when they sold the wardrobe they said will take two weeks and didnt realise ive signed the paperwork later realised reading the paper it was taking 12-14 weeks so was inconvinient for us. So would recommend always double check before buying.Product rating : Great furniture as always.
