I ordered my dress a month ago, but it was back ordered. They said it would take three weeks to complete it, but it took a month. When they finally received the dress, it was made in the wrong size. So now I have to wait another month and a half again. This was supposed to be for a special occasion. I had to cancel that invitation since I had nothing else to wear. I am furious.

Service rating : The product I ordered was not the size it was labeled but I was expected to pay more in order to fix this mistake on top of paying for all of the shipping. This is the kind of thing that makes me nervous about ordering things online. I am not sure how well the problem may have been solved as I was not willing to spend so much money on someone else's mistake.Product rating : The corset I ordered is excellent quality! Unfortunately, even though its tag indicates that it is 32" at the waist it would only cinch to 34" before the back pieces met. This caused the corset to be too big and fall down throughout the day. Be very careful with your sizing and maybe get an inch or two smaller since there is a spacing panel in the back.
