The website advised problems should go to the Customer Service Dept but gave was no email address or number. I went via the Press Office who were unable to to transfer me internally. Eventually all bar the carving dish arrived 1 day late. That arrived a week late. Goods are great - but poor service. Even the dept I spoke to advised that goods had been despatched - but they had not as a later Email proved. Shame for such a great name. Read more	No Comment
