Our 2nd line of four was not receiving calls and effectively blocking lines 3 & 4. Engineer who attended really could not find a fault and said it was an Openreach problem. Openreach had already attended and said the problem was with our internal equipment and line 2 was correctly coming into our premises.

Considering the issue that we had was not an easy one to uncover the overall service was great from start to finish. It was a testing issue that was not easy to fix as per above and the patience that was demonstrated was great

We appreciate your comments.
The issue you had was due to your VPN dropping off-line every night. This was overcome by re-booting your PC.
On investigation of your CASE we presumed you were rebooting every night following one of the engineers instruction. It was only when you further reported the same fault that it was apparent that this process wasn't taking place. Hopefully, now you're closing your PC down the issue will not re-occur. Thankyou

I was not happy with the length of time take to resolve this issue and the information provided - from end January until yesterday. We paid for an engineer to come out, numerous emails and phone calls. We were told someone had removed equipment meaning we had to buy new, when in fact all it was was out of date software. It took an email from my GM to Paul Hope to all of a sudden have this matter resolved. Communicate Better are obviously not aware of the equipment we have in the hotel. Despite explaining what equipment we do have on site several times, I was still told we had a consol missing and needed to pay for a new one.
