the service from Clifford James was diabolic, this is the second time we have paid delivery for 3 to 4 days, and the delivery took over two weeks, the service is terrible and also the courier service is disgusting. they after nearly two weeks the driver said no one was on and they left a card wrong, I was in full view of the window at the time they said and they did not leave a card. History repeats itself this is what they said last time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback and I am really sorry for the delivery problems you received on both occasions; our couriers have let us down badly on this occasion and I can appreciate how frustrating this was for you. I am also sorry that the Flying Eagle Shoes have clearly proven to be incorrectly manufactured. Our quality control team does their very best to check as many items as possible before they are released, but given the sheer volume of stock it is not practical to check every item. I have taken a look at your account and notice that this is the first time you have contacted us regarding the faulty shoes. Please give us the opportunity to rectify this situation by taking advantage of our free returns service and we will do our utmost to ensure you are a happy customer again.
Mistakes of this nature are however very rare and I do hope this has not deterred you from ordering from us again.
