I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my husband who has small feet. The length was right but they were too narrow. I phoned for advice on which shoes in the range were wider fitting but the young man I spoke to had no knowledge of the products and was unable to pass me to anyone else. I have ordered another 2 pairs
