Iv'e had to return the same pair of slippers twice, right size on box, wrong size of slippers inside box.

I am so sorry about this. Our warehouse staff are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent you the incorrect sized slipper. We will contact you shortly to have this resolved
