the slippers and shoes I purchased were supposedly a size 7. The size was more 6 1/2 or 6. I cannot wear them.

It’s such a shame that the fit of these slippers isn’t quite right for you! The dimensions of our shoes are largely based on the feedback we receive from our customers so we’ll be taking your comments on board as well. We wouldn’t want you to hold onto anything from us that you weren’t going to wear so we would welcome you to return the slippers to us for an exchange or full refund if you prefer.
