Products are fine delivery is not. I paid for a specified 48 hour delivery, the confirmation camr through as 2-3 working days. I then had to phone to sort out. I asked for a Saturday delivery, Clifford James advised this wasn't possible, even though I could have paid for this as a delivery option. I then asked for a day the following week and asked for it in the morning, again they said this wasn't possible even though I could have paid for this on the website. What can a reasonable person conclude? That they make additional charges for delivery options that never exist in reality, I believe this is false representation to gain percuniary advantage.

Oh dear !! This doesnt sound right at all. This is disappointing to learn as this is not the level of service we strive for. We will be in touch this afternoon to resolve this with you.
