I am afraid I have just been sent the wrong size shoes again - this will be the third pair I have had to return.

I am so sorry about this. Our warehouse and data entry staff are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent you the incorrect sized shoes on several occasions. We will be in touch this afternoon to resolve this.
