Ordered 2 dehumidifiers + another product on 06 Dec.
Received email on 12 Dec saying dehumidifiers + other product despatched.
Received email on 13 Dec with attached letter saying dehumidifiers out of stock, expected 08 Jan!
Don't think I'll be ordering again from a firm that cannot manage their stock levels properly.
Asked for refund on 14 Dec. Refund received promptly, so I'm scoring them Poor not Bad.

Thank you for your comments. I am so sorry but the stock issue you faced was a simple case of demand outstripping supply. The stock levels on our websites are updated every 30 minutes and when we originally took your order the stock allocation system showed the Dehumidifiers as in stock and sent an email advising you of this but due to the success of this particular offer we sold out during this 30 minute period. By the time your order reached our warehouse we had totally run out of the items you required. Please be assured that the saga you have been through is in no way representative of the high levels of service we usually offer our customers and we are sorry that we could not fulfil your order for The Compact Dehumidifier on this occasion.
